These terms govern your use of TechInsights.app ("TechInsights", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Accounts

You can browse most of TechInsights without an account. Creating one — with an email and password, or by signing in with Google or GitHub — lets you bookmark articles, comment, and submit content. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

Content you submit

Comments, prompts, job postings, and course listings you submit are reviewed by our editors before they become visible to other readers — submitting something doesn't guarantee it will be published, and we may reject or remove content that violates these terms or that we otherwise decide isn't a good fit for the site. You keep ownership of what you submit; you're granting us a license to display it on TechInsights.

Don't submit content that's illegal, infringes someone else's rights, is spam, or misrepresents who you are (for example, posting a job on behalf of a company you don't represent).

AI-generated content

Some articles on TechInsights are drafted with AI assistance from current, publicly-reported news, then reviewed and approved by a human editor before publishing — an article being AI-assisted doesn't mean it skipped editorial review. Curated links in Signal are headlines and short excerpts pulled directly from each source's own feed; we don't rewrite or control the content of the pages they link to.

Free to use, paid featured placements

Reading TechInsights, bookmarking articles, and submitting articles, jobs, and courses are free. The only paid product is an optional one-time featured placement for a job or directory listing, which highlights it for 30 days from purchase. Payments are processed by Razorpay — we don't store your card details.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at a scale that degrades service for others, or use it for anything illegal. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer

TechInsights is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We work to keep articles and Signal accurate and current, but we can't guarantee completeness or accuracy, and nothing on the site is professional, financial, or legal advice.

Changes to these terms

If we make a material change to these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
